As soon as I walk in you can hear a woman speaking loudly and aggressively about getting contractors for something about the complex After 5 minutes of her doing that she walks up to me and my daughter frowning asking how can she help me I asked her if I could get some leasing information and she gives me rushed information with a frown I needed her to explain some things for me and she cut me off and blurred out some information I didnt even catch At this point Im getting irritated Its not that hard to be a little kind to people If you didnt want to be at work than leave She handed me some papers and told me to call the other properties Im just like really Im pregnant looking for an affordable apartment if you didnt want to help me you could have let the other lady she was talking to who actually smiled at me when I walked in to help me more ... hide ...

was good apt but management makes compromises on the phone then when you get to the off their are no notes of said compromises or accountability for said compromises management cant keep an office receptionist either please put someone who can handle paperwork at least in position of management
