Terrible apartment complex I lived there for years and moved out in Feb 2017 I left the apartment in a remarkable condition and took pictures of everything when I moved out Unfortunately the month before I moved the apartment complex went under new management After I moved I called several times asking about my information being submitted through the proper channels so that I could obtain my deposit back I never received my deposit It is now June almost July 2017 and every time I call the new number the apartment complex had all I get is a busy signal I have also not been contacted The number associated with the complex when googled is an old number as well As far as the apartments go They are absolutely terrible Young children are out past midnight fighting and such High volume of crime and strong drug interaction take place within this community Please be safe if you end up having to live at this apartment complex Also Maintenance staff are incredibly disrespectful and do not knock or give prior knowledge that they will entering into your premises more ... hide ...

i just moved here last week at first i was happy because its my first apartment then a day or 2 ago i noticed my air went out i have rats eating on groceries i just bought Im soo scared to go to sleep now because of what happened 2 hours ago trying to take a shower then rats started running out into my bedroom i cant go to sleep now im just freaked out i 2017-06-01T08:38:15Z

I was only there a year never seen or smelled so much pot smoking my apartment would literally get you high of so much smell I could never have anyone over or would get complaints of them living there I complained to manager but nothing was done was told to call police and give them apartment number but couldnt tell which one it was upstairs or downstairs it 2022-09-23T18:28:14Z

The apartments are ran like a refugee camp They have no respect for their tenants needs or safe living The tubs look horrible because they paint over them instead of doing a correct resurface which is unsanitary and unhealthy Everything you do I recommend putting it in writing and having them make a copy and sign it for your records The agent in there by the 2016-12-29T22:28:06Z
