My disposal died and was replaced quickly The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work so until they were able to replace some of the equipment they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been 2021-08-24T20:09:20Z
My disposal died and was replaced quickly The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work so until they were able to replace some of the equipment they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly Just recently the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights which is fantastic Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced I have heard from neighbors here how the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond to help them when they needed repairs more ... hide ...

The so called supervisormanager never friendly She talks rude all the time Upper management department SERIOUSLY needs to look into this and ask their TENANTS questions about the manager on site For this to be a Seniors Living Place TANYA is very unprofessional and unpleasant with her attitude toward many of the ELDERLY Tennants When tenants call the Corporate Office to put in a compliant the calls get redirected to Tanyas office at the Seniors Living Place then the answer machine comes on Therefore tenants never get to talk with upper Management Department I know what the tenants are experiencing cause I have called the Corporate Office and was redirected to Tanyas answering machine instead of the Corporate Office Please will someone look into this matter Seniors needs help too Sincerely and Thanks more ... hide ...

When I first moved into the Arbors It took some getting adjusted to the place and the people I didnt feel welcomed here at all in fact I had mentioned tp my brother that I didnt care for the management and that as soon as my year was up I was goimg to move Well Im still here and I love my place its not perfect but I still love it and I feel that management 2020-12-30T22:18:28Z
When I first moved into the Arbors It took some getting adjusted to the place and the people I didnt feel welcomed here at all in fact I had mentioned tp my brother that I didnt care for the management and that as soon as my year was up I was goimg to move Well Im still here and I love my place its not perfect but I still love it and I feel that management can improve You see I still believe that its all about attitude and perception We must all work together and learn each others differences Ive been living here at the Arbors now for over four years and there has been little improvement in the care of our inside maintenance of our Building In fact Ive been asked if I lived in a Nursing facility The floors are not clean and the stairways need to be vacuumed and cleaned The walls need to be painted they havent been painted since Ive lived there Plus they have Roaches I moved into a one bedroom Apartment that is infested with Roaches and no matter how much poison they Spray it doesnt get RID of them of them So Ive had to purchase my own Organic products that dont make me sick per my Doctors advice and fortunately I see less of the Roaches than I did beforenBut I was very DISAPPOINTED with Management because they didnt inform me of the Roach problem They said they didnt know but as soon as the lights came on they were crawling out on the counter I take pictures of every thing This Apartment was a mess So I wasnt happy They wont move me to another Apartment more ... hide ...
