I have been without AC for 13 hours I have a newborn and its hot the maintenance man has gone above and beyond to fix the issue he was unable to do it I keep calling the office to repost the issue and there is no answer like always when the business hours say 830 to 500 they need to hire someone else to run the office or have a back up
