This is an aparment complex for senior citizens above 65 year in age The apartment complex offers one bedroom apartment for one person only and a few two bedroom apartment for two elderly people It takes a little time for the manager to attend to the needs of the people maitenance request since the complex is quite big

I live here currently and as much as I enjoy living here The biggest factor for me is that they dont turn the heater or AC on when needed Ive been pregnant since I moved into these apartments and had to freeze in the winter due to them waiting so long to turn on the heater and now Im suffering at 9 months pregnant with the hot weather we have in El Paso due 2021-04-05T23:48:38Z

I am fair with my reviews However if there was a zero stars option I would select such I went in to Tres Palmas and spoke to office manager Miriam to begin the application process My first complaint the day I applied this woman did not have a set itemized list as to what documents needed to be provided for the application process Now this would not be a problem if it didnt leave room for Tres Palmas to keep your deposit She stated that if I failed to provide the right documents they would keep the deposit on that basis So when I applied I gave them the application fee the application requested documents and my deposit to hold the two bedroom townhome I was interested in I then had her sign a paper stating that I provided all necessary documents to avoid giving any leeway for them to keep my deposit A few days go by I then get a phone call from Mirriam stating that my application was not approved I ask her why she states because of your background check and convictions I explained to her that I dont have any convictions on my background only arrested that have been dismissed She in the most smug and condescending tone goes well Miss Nicole youre not approved and hung up So Im left thinking to myself ok but what about my deposit I had to call literally four different places to finally get through to Crystal the leasing manager who had informed me that it can take up to seven days to receive my deposit Now on Friday I talked to Crystal and she told me that yesterday on Monday the deposit would be ready for pick up Well when I called Tres Palmas Miriam again with a terrible attitude answered stating that she has no clue as to where my deposit is they just opened at 830 am Mind you I called at 940 Miriams bad attitude and blatant disregard for tentant or future tenant concerns is very unprofessional I can say Ive never received such bad service I am happy I am not moving into a place with someone like Miriam managing I do know that today is the 7th day and if my deposit is still in the unkown status I will be taking this property to small claims court more ... hide ...

Pros to living here They do what they can Jack is a great man Sandra was pretty awesome Maintenance is bingual They have from one bedroom to four Outside extra storage unit Price is decent You pay gas and electric Washer dryer and dishwasher are included Carpet in every room except the bathrooms and kitchen areas Fans in every bedroom and living room Some co 2021-12-01T12:58:26Z
Pros to living here They do what they can Jack is a great man Sandra was pretty awesome Maintenance is bingual They have from one bedroom to four Outside extra storage unit Price is decent You pay gas and electric Washer dryer and dishwasher are included Carpet in every room except the bathrooms and kitchen areas Fans in every bedroom and living room Some covered parking They now have some lighting in those Lighting in stair areas Pool Fitness area not much in there but its a good start Ground keepers maintain the shrubs and grounds Play ground Some tenants are nice and friendly Now that being said here are the cons Parents of many children and teens dont supervise or care what their offspring do Play ground always has unsupervised kids If you ask them to stop they laugh and curse at you back in Spanish Other issues are the air conditioners really dont work mid summer Many residence buy window air conditioners to stay cooled down There are a lot of strays but all are fed by residence and friendly There needs to be more dumpsters or more frequent trash collection days Downstairs outside storage and units can get a little flooding with major rain While my front door did not my storage did Other tenants have sandbags by their doors I would give jack and Sandra five stars This place is quiet and peaceful typically If management reads this please dont retaliate for an honest opinion not that you would If you have post traumatic stress disorder DO NOT RENT A DOWNSTAIRS UNITnIf you can get an upstairs unit I would suggest you do so more ... hide ...
