Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a leasing agent in my life I just moved out 3 months early because my health has deteriorated to the point that I cant live alone Danielle Higgs one of the leasing agents ACCUSED ME OF STEALING MY OWN WASHER AND DRYER when I went to turn in the keys She asked about my movers loading up the washer and dryer and I told her they were mine she rudely replied are you suuurrre Then she proceeded to say she didnt remember me asking to have their washer and dryer removed before I moved in not my problem she didnt keep a record She then sent one of the maintenance people to harass my movers and barge into their truck He runs back breathlessly claiming they are the property of the complex then gets in my moms face accusing us of stealing because they use the same GE units I told them I have the receipts but all she said was that she would look into it I was absolutely stunned she harassed us like this knowing I had just been hospitalized In a separate incident I reported an old Nissan Pathfinder that was leaking perfuse amounts of gasoline as a fire hazard Her solution was to have the maintenance man who owns the vehicle move it to the covered parking where the fumes could more easily build up and was closer to the apartment buildings Unsafe rude and unprofessional Stay away from this horrible property more ... hide ...
