I received an email from a HCV Technician stating my application was selected for HCV We worked together for a month She would email every Tuesday with questions or documents that she needed to proceed The last time she contacted she stated she had all the information she needed to move forward and I should be getting a voucher I havent heard back from her

I received an email from a HCV Technician stating my application was selected for HCV We worked together for a month She would email every Tuesday with questions or documents that she needed to proceed The last time she contacted she stated she had all the information she needed to move forward and I should be getting a voucher I havent heard back from her since than which was 2 months ago She went from emailing me or responding to my emails to totally vanished I have called the main office line to no avail Never received and answer just an automated machine for hours on hours until I finally decide to hang up This is really sad why play with people lives like this And I am not even in TX so I cant just go into the office
