The inside of the apartment is awesome spacious the patio is also spacious the laundry room is a great size and theres a large garden tub in the Master bedroomThe outside is a little different I cant say the same The employees work so hard to keep the community clean every single day but a lot of the tenants and their kids or horrible and nasty and do not care about keeping the community clean If u are looking for peace and quiet in your living space U WILL NOT GET IT PERIOD Ive been here 4 years and im so miserable I have to sleep with earplugs to tune out noises at night after 11pm and during the day I have to turn the volume on my TV to 100 to tune out the noise from children that are not disciplined whos allowed to run and jump inside the apartment The running and jumping inside the apartment is so severe Ive had pictures and wall decorations fall over the years Smells come through the vents as if u are the one cooking or smoking I will say with all the negative things I stated the New Manager whose been here for the past 2 years is awesome she listens and shes doing her best to get rid of all the bad seeds 9h and we have a great Security Officer who patrols and does a great job addressing documenting and reporting the foolishness Sooo if anyone wants to take their chances please move to the third floor and ask to move wheres theres less noise Thank u for reading and I hope it helps GOOD LUCK EVERYONE more ... hide ...

NO STARSnWe still have a little PTSD from living here nearly 3 years ago Ceilings cracking from water damage and falling every species of roach imaginable inhabits the walls the maintenance team was very slow then there was Carol That woman found every occasion to do the OPPOSITE of her job She was unpleasant and incompetent When the ceiling of the master bathroom fell on my pregnant wifes head The entire office staff seemed somewhat remorseful after ignoring multiple service request Everyone EXCEPT CAROL To add a cherry on top of the milkshake that is Carol she charges us for all these damages when we moved out We are now new home owners and everyday we wake up in colds sweats still trapped in Ash Lane apartments DONT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS AND DONT BE FOOLED BY THE EXTRA ROOM You will thank us later PS Dont move across the street either owned by the same people and the same bugs more ... hide ...
