me and my wife currently live here we consider the apartment to be very nice but you have to keep them that way we also would consider our surrounding neighbors some candy very loud something can be very quiet either way you can hear everything and everyone to the walls I dont think they were made to last a long time we have never had problems with our ac un

me and my wife currently live here we consider the apartment to be very nice but you have to keep them that way we also would consider our surrounding neighbors some candy very loud something can be very quiet either way you can hear everything and everyone to the walls I dont think they were made to last a long time we have never had problems with our ac units unless you dont change out your filters then you will have big problems the only thing that we consider a big nuisance would be the carpet in the rooms dining room and bedrooms its a type of carpet that no matter how much you vacuum you will always have a lint everywhere people in the surrounding areas are also sometimes inconsiderate of the parking we would also like to mention that if you have a neighbor who likes to cook different kinds of foods and they dont use your the ventilation system it tends to overwhelm the next apartment over we have a pet now and it is a perfect place for pets however also there is a problem with people who have pets and only let them out running around wild people do not take in consideration that they need to walk there pets and overall experience is okay for a small type of family considering that theres not very much room a minus of course would be that you cannot use charcoal or what type of barbeque pit there is 1 however on the promises but its considered to be sometimes a nuisance when some of the local kids get together and I decide to vandalize the tables if you plan on moving into these apartments just make sure you have a surround sound because youre going to need to muffle out the rest of the sound from everyone elses

The apartments themselves are nice just the floor on ours was wrecked when we moved in and were not changed There was a whole piece of carpet missing and horrible stains throughout Dont like that even when I clean it doesnt look good due to the fact that the floors are horrible Besides that management and staff are great and the apartment is a comfortable
