If I could give it star I would From multiple management hires that did NO managing whatsoever since living here the only new things that they do replace are the workers The apartments have been infested with roaches bed bugs and spiders IN THAT ORDER The floor is uneven and the screws are BUSTING out of the walls Sometimes its hot water sometimes its not They dont respond to broken things in the apartments The trash cans majority of the time overflow and they dont pick up trash as they are suppose to as maintenance HARDLY ANY PARKING they do ask for a list of everyone in the house and only do 2 stickers per car THEY LOVE THEIR TOWING COMPANY ALOT 911 does not respond quickly back here They havent refurbished a thing but made sure to paint over apartments and false advertise to take your money You might do better at the butlers more ... hide ...

The apartments and grounds are pleasant This is an apartment for seniors and disabled persons Current manager 2015 2016 is very unprofessional unkind and uncaring for her residents I have witnessed actual harassment and doublestandards by apartment manager towards residents Rules that are suddenly enforced for certain residents and not all the residents in the complex Manager door is kept locked and one must request time Then you have to waita day or more for a respond As far as safety there have been incidents where residents have been threatened andor accosted violently in the parking lots and their apartments I have not seen any action to improve safety of residents Management and maintenance let themselves in your apartment while you are NOT home without notice and without your consent for socalled maintenance issues Ducks everywhere from nearby pond Requires cats be leashed Some residents but not all have to leash their pet cats to go outside Pet cats vaccinated fixed declawed mostly indoor pets that have lived there for years and have never been on a leash are suddenly Fall 2015 supposed to be leashed to go outside Beloved cats are disappearing without a trace more ... hide ...

I lived on the property for some time before finally getting my home It was a blessing to be able to have lived at Unique Gardens for close to 10 years The ladies in the office always made it easy and if I wasnt happy I wouldnt have lived here for as long as I did Thanks Unique for all the memories
