The only thing I have to say at this point is that it takes forever for anything to get fixed here I have literally waited so long for maintenence to come at one point I figured out how to fix the issue myself Now my stove isnt working and the carpet in my girls bedroom is soaked due to a main water leak and they havent been in to fix any of it yet My apartm 2022-05-19T15:56:25Z

Im a former resident that moved out in the middle of the management turnover in AugustSeptember 2022 I turned in my keys on 09242022 and never heard back from the apartments after several attempts to contact them about any move out fees and deposit reimbursement They never attempted to contact me and never provided me written documentation of any fees that 2023-02-20T19:05:48Z

This is a terrible place to live When you are late one rent Mary is quick to place an eviction notice on your door When you place a work order nothing gets fixed I have been with out hot water for almost a month I have to boil water to take wash offs Sad sad sad I do not recommend this place to anyone Moving out as soon as my lease is up

This place has ROACHES The apartments are cute insidebut like i said its infested with roaches The parking super sucksthe reception for cell phone isnt good The staff is very nice and works with you but i couldnt deal with the roaches
