I currently live in this apartment complex Any time I call the office for something during and after business hours I cant get anyone on the phone nor do I ever receive a call back This has happened to me several times I usually have to call another property also owned by Dominion to get any type of assistance I have sent an email to corporate about my complaintyou guessed it NO RESPONSE I have maintenance issues and cant get anything resolved I have lived here for nearly 6 years this is the WORST office staff I have been promised several times over the past 6 years to get an updated apartment The ugly white laminate tile what you usually see in a school cafeteria is disgusting no matter what you do to clean it it still looks dirty was that way when I moved in A previous maintenance man decided to wax and buff the floor and got the wax all over the walls which is still there When they painted they did a horrible job They missed several spots and it is runny in many places My refrigerator was missing the bottom shelf when I moved in I told the office about it it was never replaced so I had to go buy one The AC units are so old so they are constantly running during the summer jacks you electricity bill up The sad part is they do state mandated inspections every 6 months see the issues but do not fix them If I werent a single parent I could afford to live somewhere better I would be out of here in a heart beat

Our building is on Pecan street The area is very eclectic and there are many small businesses around the neighborhood and a park all within a walking distance Its a charming location Ive found the Management and Staff to be pleasant and fair Me and my kiddos enjoy the area This is a Historic district so this is not a new structure HoweverI have found The
