10I2018 I visited family in this complex Ive seen much worsenThe BIGGEST issue Ive seen since returning has been TOO MANY of the tenants dont a damn about the property being littered with THEIR garbagenIm hoping that once my family begins to beautify their unit inside and out itll spark a flame for others to follow through and do similarnThe apartment complex has a lot of potential However the tenants there have to change the way they think and show more concern about their community Start an awareness committee plant greenery make certain their trash makes it INTO the dumpster and not just out of their individual apartments When the tenants care theyll demand and get better from management and the owners Use their voices and their intelligence send emails when things arent progressing fast enough Dont accept a project mentality just because thats where you live Make the best of it and show pride if for no one else do it for the children out there more ... hide ...

PARC at marina landing when I was there it was okay until they got Michelle and Linda as managers Michelle lies and Linda dont know nothing we went to court and she told the judge that she didnt want the rent but we go back to court and she tells the next judge that she wants October rent and the judge told her she sure ask for it in the first court and she 2022-01-29T17:10:08Z
