I have never been happier and more comfortable than I am here at the San Gabriel Village it is a beautiful place To live With lots Of Trees And lovely People The Maintenance man Manny as we all call him here at the village is always ready to help and fix whatever needs attending and always done with a smile andnOur manager Camille is always helpful and knowledgeable and forever working hard to make our stay at The Village pleasant and Cheerful and Jordan her assistant is always kind and helpful We have a Beauty Salon and Becky the Hairstylist is the most considerate and does excellent hair cutting We also have a Tai Chi instructor Thim and she is the best she teaches a class on Mondays and Fridays from 330 430 and I can say these classes have been lifechanging for me For those that like to work out we have a 24hour gym and one of my favorite things to do here at the Village is swimming in our pool One essential thing I should mention the mailroom is indoors and We have elevators more ... hide ...

To start I had been in search of a place to live for months and this property was the last on my list initially But after inquiring about the property once Nell followed up with me twice during my search to encourage me to put in an application while there were units available as the process could possibly take a while The way they worked with me through my whole application process was impressive and they never grew impatient with me I checked in every week for 8 weeks thats how long my application took to process and Nell would always give me updates on my application and never was rude with me in fact she was the sole reason I was able to contain my anxiety through the application process When I finally was approved I learned soon that this property should have been the 1st on my list Blair and Lucia were so kind with me and made sure all my boxes were checked off for my apartment The property exterior and interior is maintained so superbly My apartment turned out to be a lot more appealing in person than the pictures When my family comes they always mention how homey these apartments feel The large balcony space is definitely my favorite thing about it having kidsnI would 1010 recommend this property if you are able to qualify However I would also recommend you putting in an application ASAP as the process can be lengthy more ... hide ...

Strung me along saying approval for this incomerestricted apartment was very likely I was right on the cusp of the income requirement but am a single parent with four young children They wasted my time and in the end said I was not approved after telling me to give them a chance when I told them the timeline was getting too long and I needed to secure housing for my family Unless you are WELL UNDER the income restriction dont waste your time Then they just gave me the deposit back in the form of the money order I gave them made out to them What a hassle So I basically wasted 20 for a place I should have qualified for and the manager Alex who I worked with didnt even have the nerve to talk to me herself when I wasnt approved Just basic courtesy would have been nice more ... hide ...
