There should be no reason we dont have hot water for a whole day I sent a maintenance request 2 months ago the status has been opened for 2 months This is ridiculous also theres still the same leak from in our bathroom since we have lived here As residents we have rights and you have not uphold the standard of living Im not sure why we are being charged for water if you guys shut it off every day Not to mention the unsafe environment mosaic has created Im scared to even go outside at night I will be voicing this online and will be contacting the city Theres so many things not up to code in these apartments Mosaic has not upheld your responsibility to the standard of living you have had 7 days to repair the leak in texas its been two months I have a camera on my door there is nothing that has been done I have every single maintenance and message request saved and documented our entire time living here I strongly suggested reading up on texas tenets rights DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Do not live here its not safe for kids or anyone for that matter Cars broken into including ours homeless people sleeping at the pool washing their clothes in the pool Not to mention my neighbor was robbed in broad daylight Thank god i have a camera We shouldnt have to go check every night to make sure our vehicles are safe PUT SOME GATES UP Put some cameras up mosaic Do better Ive talked to multiple residence who are disappointed and unsatisfied with their time here I CANT WAIT TILL WE ARE OUT OF THIS DUMP Keep in mind i have said something to mosaic about all of this and they say its out of their control but its not Take action more ... hide ...

Easily the worst place to live Its just a bunch of drama and fights and cops getting called The manager has absolutely no clue what shes doing and just brags that since she was a bartender she knows what shes doing Pretty much no maintenance so be prepared to fix your own stuff Oh and no pets unless youre the manager which has pets Almost forgot they have ro 2022-03-10T01:01:04Z
