In my honest and humble opinion the staff at this facility are very unorganized I have spoken to a few members who were friendly but overall it seems that nobody here likes to take responsibility for anything A relative of mine passed away at this location and his exwife they were married decades ago and had NOT been in any communication since was able to manipulate her way into his apartment and take many precious and valuable items from the room How could this be allowed to happen You allowed two people with no rights into the apartment and fail to take any responsibility for it I would not trust anybody to have an elder relative of theirs live at this facility Please do not bring them here The staff here is absolutely positively unethical They were extremely rude over the phone and didnt help us at all when my father is the ONLY relative who lives here in the US who should have had access to his room to get his documents and items that he loved Our relatives exwife and another individual were able to suddenly appear do whatever she wanted and the office did nothing about it nor do they act like they know anything When we let them know they acted surprised I would NEVER feel safe having a relative stay here They are rude unhelpful nonresponsive and absolutely careless This place deserves to run out of business How dare you treat a deceased individuals belongings like that and treat the mourning relatives like that more ... hide ...

Apply at sunflower and was blown away by the staff greeted me the time I set inamazingly fasthelpfuland courtesy Lolita was very assertive and diligent with her assistance with helping me get set up to be able to move inclean apts and great outdoor scenerywill recommend sunflower to everyone

I hate living here since this new so called apt manager has came she is rude dont know how to talk to ppl lies and makes up things on paper work and Im not the ONLY PERSON THAT HAS ISSUES WITH THIS WOMAN will say one thing and go in the office and put something different down on paper I had to report one of the maintenance guys here for sexual harassment and 2019-04-29T03:53:41Z

If I could post with no stars then they would have just that no stars Im a resident at Rainey Property Scott Plaza to be exact We have been without AC since the middle of April 2022 management for Scott Plaza Kendy Guzman hasnt been in office since the middle or end of April as well The residents at 4100 Barberry Dr never received a notice as to what was going on with our air conditioning towers up until residents started complaining and calling the city Then on June 15th 2022 after i had done purchased a window unit for 15400 16671 with tax the manager from Kings Row another Rainey Property printed up a letter stating that they Once again apologize to the residents for not having air conditioning in our units They stated that a Special part was ordered 2 weeks ago prior to June 15th when they sent out a noticed to all residents They sent out multiple letters to keep track of what they told us because before June 15th we NEVER received any notices pertaining to the AC tower being broke I left a review once however it was taking down Im pretty sure I know why All and all I speak for the residents here at Scott Plaza Apartment Homes we are suffering Although portable units were ONLY PROVIDED to resident whom didnt go out and purchase window units only one part of the residents apartments is cooling off You basically have to choose between upstairs of downstairs in order to keep your unit cool Not only the air conditioning being a problem management for Scott Plaza is an issue as well We have no one actually working in office for Scott Plaza residents we havent received a noticed pertaining to whether or not we will have someone new When we try to pay rent request paperwork or have any questions pertaining to our lease per some residents Ive talked too including myself we are placed on hold the line goes to voicemail or the office doors are locked The office has been either closing early or not open to the public and residents have grown frustrated at the current situation not knowing what to do or whom to call People have called CORPORATE the City of Houston has came out on several occasions Im not looking to gain nothing more from this but communication or assist with moving to other properties we have applied to such as myself is on the waitlist for 2 public housing apartments Im sure this will get taking down as well like my previous post but just know Ill post if I have tonBest Regards more ... hide ...

Ive been a resident here for a year I could have moved to another apartment complex prior to renewing my lease here However I chose to renew my lease and remain here until I purchase a house because I truly appreciate the property manager MrsVanessa She has been compassionate and attentive since the day I moved here Thanks so much for making my stay here a 2022-07-28T03:45:03Z
