Unprofessional doesnt know how to speak you with no respect use to live there difference management and told them had broken lease accept app fee then tell me not accept because I didnt put on app Already knew had 1 time broken lease with old management who will pay app fee if heshe wasnt going get accept crazy now doesnt want answer the phone

I just want to know why after the tenants move out of the apartment in good standard and with their deposit in hand it gives you the right to charge another deposit on peoples credit Please be aware of your credit report after moving out I have been calling this place and left 21 voice messages and 16 Emails and 1 IN PERSON visit and Im still being charged

LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READnnBeen here since February The apartment itself is okay Good for a first time renter Area is quiet Parking lot floods during heavy rain One side of the gate is always broken But to me those things are manageablennThe management that was here when I moved in was Rachel and another girl They were really nice Things would get done in a timely manner and phones would be answered Then we got new managementnnDuring the month of April I went to the office 45 times to ask for pest control that I pay for every month At first the front desk tried to tell me that my place had already been sprayed and said I was lying until I told him that I had cameras in my apartment He said he would get someone in right away its July and no one has come I had to do it myself Next a part of my sink broke off and I put in a work order to get it fixed that was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard a thingnnMy rent has gone up about 20 each month with random fees as well The apartment portal is low budget and doesnt show the fees once rent has been paidnnI would recommend moving somewhere else if you are able to Its not a bad place just needs a change in management more ... hide ...

The Alcove Apartment Homes in my opinion are a great place to live For one they offer a very unique floor plan to their apartments which you dont see very often In my one bedroom apt i have 7 distinct room areas which enable me to spread out and not give you the feeling of a small living area which is great The management team and staff are the just the best 2022-05-22T15:04:20Z
The Alcove Apartment Homes in my opinion are a great place to live For one they offer a very unique floor plan to their apartments which you dont see very often In my one bedroom apt i have 7 distinct room areas which enable me to spread out and not give you the feeling of a small living area which is great The management team and staff are the just the best there is The professionalism that they bring to the property along with a genuine care they have for every tenants needs are unmatchable The property itself was just taken over by NEW management who has invested quite a bit of money in fixing the place up making everything brand new along with the new roofs new paint new appliances new landscaping everything has been updated and remodeled making the entire complex a very beautiful place to live Being disabled as i am what i love the most is the valet trash service where they come to your door every night to pick up your trash Overall i have to give the Alcove 5 stars So if your looking for a great place to live that offers many wonderful amenities a safe environment with all the security measures in place and a very beautiful property it is worth your while to check this place out because i guarantee you wont be disappointed and by the way youll love the pool area more ... hide ...
