Moved here in January 2022 and things were ok until about 23 months ago I left home on a Saturday morning only to return home and the lock on my door had been tampered withnOn June 10th my car was stolen I loss my keys in the parking lot or near my door unfortunate accident on my part after losing my keys car being stolen I installed a ring doorbell and on 2022-06-27T17:59:20Z
Moved here in January 2022 and things were ok until about 23 months ago I left home on a Saturday morning only to return home and the lock on my door had been tampered withnOn June 10th my car was stolen I loss my keys in the parking lot or near my door unfortunate accident on my part after losing my keys car being stolen I installed a ring doorbell and on June 22 at roughly 4am in the morning a strange man can be seen knocking on my neighbors door and then he proceeded to ring my doorbellnI made the property manager aware of all these issues only for him to gas light me by saying oh maybe the guy was confused and stating at least my car was recovered Offered no solutions or any plans to improve implement security measuresnDo what you will this info to make a sound judgment about moving here more ... hide ...

If I could give it a minus rating I would The unit was not cleaned and ready for move in I never used the stove or oven and the controls kept falling off The interior hallway was always hot and smelly You had to use their laundry facility since there were no hook ups for a washer and dryer in the unit The washers and dryers weralways out of order The dryers 2020-01-22T13:50:19Z
If I could give it a minus rating I would The unit was not cleaned and ready for move in I never used the stove or oven and the controls kept falling off The interior hallway was always hot and smelly You had to use their laundry facility since there were no hook ups for a washer and dryer in the unit The washers and dryers weralways out of order The dryers would catch o fire and set off the fire alarm The fire alarm went off regularly and sounded for extended periods of time The first set of people in the office had to be let go as they did not keep accurate records of payments This u unfortunately caused quite a few people to lose their units The outside of the building looked fine but the inside was a different story Needless to say the neighborhood was scary I was happy to leave more ... hide ...

The front Office was very professional with my entrance and Yesenia The assistant Manager was very Straightforward and respectful into what needed to be done to get moved in here And made sure the maintenance Team got things done before my move in Great assistant Manager and Great Maintenance team

i lived here 6 months 3 months in we started getting a roach problem Called the office to have the come check it out The maintenance guy came and looked at the apartment and said hell be back but he never came back Then just last month we had an inspection for our apartment and they seen the roaches and the maintenance guy asked us if we fixed our roach prob 2017-12-21T17:23:41Z
