This apartment complex feeds off people needing a home with the promise of a safe environment however this place is NOT SAFE for children My sister is a new tenant there Not even a month had passed when she was surprised by an adult racoon INSIDE her apartment This was her first night there Apparently the racoon had entered through a broken vent The front de 2022-06-18T15:37:08Z
This apartment complex feeds off people needing a home with the promise of a safe environment however this place is NOT SAFE for children My sister is a new tenant there Not even a month had passed when she was surprised by an adult racoon INSIDE her apartment This was her first night there Apparently the racoon had entered through a broken vent The front desk said they would escalate the problem and fix it by either changing my sisters apartment or by fixing the vent Weeks passed and NEITHER solution happened THIS TIME 2 baby raccoons entered through the same vent except these had RABIES After trying for hours to reach someone to help her she was trapped in her bedroom with her small children terrified her neighbors finally were able to get a hold of security who was able to remove the baby racoons however it is evident this place will not take action She is stuck in an unsafe apartment with MANAGEMENT nowhere to be found They have yet to answer her Please skip this place if you are looking somewhere new to live Do not take lightly to businesses that stay alive by taking advantage of hard working people who trust them to do what they say The ownersmanagement hide while making their front desk employees who clearly are underpaid their annoyed tones says it all answer to complaints knowing they dont really plan to do anything about it more ... hide ...

South Acres Ranch is an excellent place to live I enjoy living here because the community is separated by family size And since I am single my area doesnt have children playing outside Love it

I currently live here and Management do not care about your living arrangements at all Very Unprofessional And They never answer the phones right now I need paint jobs in both bathroomsTubs had to get rid of all the roaches myself I HAVE A HOT WATER HEATER THAT CONTINUES TO GO OUT currently now without hot water I cant make this up but I continue to pay fu 2022-01-27T23:12:21Z

I have been living here for almost two years and this place is horrible The water pressure sucks here We have been without water 5 days now when they been having and on going problem with the water pressure since I been here They keep saying its the city of Houston side but when you call the City of Houston they say it the apartment side The City of Houston has been out here almost everyday for the pass three month because of all the compliant they keep getting from the residence but the City of Houston continue to say its on the apartment side and the apartment keep saying its on the City of Houston side Now Im stuck with two kids and a husband and am unable to cook take a shower or doing anything that has to do with water for the pass 5 day About 2 weeks ago my husband went into the office for the same problem and they continue to tell the same lie We need help here We need solution NOW This is unlivable more ... hide ...
