We moved out a month ago We had been living there for a year and 34 months Everything was great when Cecilia was there She was amazing with management she actually cared and tried to help with anything we needed The last couple of months that we lived there The guys from upstairs would always smoke weed and we have a daughter of 9 months and they always had 2019-10-06T13:41:59Z
We moved out a month ago We had been living there for a year and 34 months Everything was great when Cecilia was there She was amazing with management she actually cared and tried to help with anything we needed The last couple of months that we lived there The guys from upstairs would always smoke weed and we have a daughter of 9 months and they always had people over smoking with them We told the office and never did anything Weeks after my husbands truck was stolen from the parking lot in front of our apartment We told the manager she didnt do anything We toldnHer to look at the cameras she said you couldnt see anything in the night in the cameras But the next day they crashed the gates and stole all four tires from a truck At the point she was able to see something in the cameras because they got the licenses played from the car that crashed there gate but when it came to our truck she didnt see anything You should care about the people you have living there especially if they are following the rules you give them since you move in but it seems like she doesnt care You have to brake the rules and do the opposite to be listened too more ... hide ...

I have been living here since 2018I have seen managers come and go The best one ever was LINDA VASQUEZ They should have keep her here Management here now needs a lot of improvement The entrance get is always open the majority of time This is not safe for us the tenants I have brought this issue up on several occasionsno results This is the only place I am aw 2021-11-19T22:07:36Z

It is my pleasure to write this review about Michelle and Carol at the Lodge of Westlake I was a tenant when this apartment first opened and decided to move after I put my Dad in a facility But now do to unforseen reason of mine I have to take care of my Dad again and came to talk to Michelle and just like that she made it happen and I needed something right away These two ladies opened their hearts to me and my Dad Michelle is the sweetest lady that I know and I have never heard her in any way speak to any tenant in an unprofessional manner then or now Carol just like Michelle is so soft spoken no matter what the situation is she too handles each one with professionalism If I could give Michelle and Carol the STARS instead of the apartment management I would give these ladies 10 I have only had one issue and immediately Carol made sure that it was taken care of God bless them always for the kind and sweet hearts that he has blessed them to have Love you ladies keep up the great work more ... hide ...
