Ive lived here for over two years and I absolutely love it The ONLY time theyve EVER been in my apartment without notice was for and emergency repair And management is by far the best Ive ever delt with Michelle has always been very sweet and helpful I honestly dont understand where some of these accusations are coming from and its very upsetting to see her

This place is awful to live at The current manager is mean if she hates you she will do anything and everything to get you evicted There have been two shootings in these apartments in the past two years last current shooting was 082417 the first was last dec The manager lets the place fall apart and doesnt fix things There is a piece of block of wood between the toilet and the wall because they didnt install the toilet right the faucet covers are coming off If your neighbor scratches paint off your door or leave trash in your yard you are held responsible there are tons of drugs in these apartments and the manage doesnt care She even stole the basketball goal all the kids were using and gave it to someone else She calls everyone she hates a liar She deliberately starts arguments with people who are on her bad side She hides the bad apartments when the owners comes around to inspect the place You have to pay for all the repairs in your apartment Many residents are scared to even go outside because they are afraid of either getting shot or getting in trouble for no reason and written up for something they didnt do I would not subject my worst enemy to these apartments
