The worst management ever The current manager is never in the office and she does not have the courtesy to return calls The maintenance guy Aaron is just as bad when it comes to maintenance We asked for a simple air filter and he said he would bring it right up but never showed up He then stated that I would need to request one from the office but the office is always closed I have left notes for the manager but she refuses to respond A friend of mine has been living here without a working microwave for over 5 months When she complained to the manager she quickly responded by telling her that she didnt even know about the problem Im sure that is a lie because the maintenance guy Aaron was advised that the microwave he fixed nearly caused an electrical fire which the fire department and gas company had to respond to in the middle of the night The manager never even acknowledged this and continued to act ignorant with this problem Since my friend has complained now the manager is retaliating against her by treating her very rudely and by making false accusations of her leaving her trash out which is a lie I have asked the maintenance guy for the managers name not the same manager when I moved in but he said he did not know it I asked for the regional office number and he said that he did not know the name or number of the regional office either Shady more ... hide ...
