Roach infested Ive had pest control come many times he was shocked himself at the infestation said what needed to be done that he would be back never came back My ac goes out every few months maintenance sucks They came and inspected units told us the issues with the units last month and yet nobody has came to fix anything money is stolen off of accounts if you pay rent online in advance no receipts are given unless you pay in person so Im glad they shut down online pay but now people really have no proof of rent payments Thanks a lot I see a future issue coming but I have a few documents to back me up if needed shutting down the online cafe also takes away proof a paper trail That residents really put in work orders really paid rent etc documents for themselves Ive complained time after time to the office about everything yet nothing has been handled a few units are low income so I feel they treat the HUD RESIDENTS poorly next step is to reach out and complain to HUD and or anyone big this is RIDICULOUS Ive lived in some ghetto run down looking places and have never had any infestation of any kind until staying here looks can be deceiving nice but could use Some work I havent ever written a review or had anything bad to say about any apts Ive ever lived in here in Lake Jackson but here it could be better im disappointed more ... hide ...
