I have been here 4 years now and now its time for us to go This place is ridiculous and management is the problem They always put notes on your door about something on your patio but u can get nothing fixed around I agree with others all they care about is money They need to get the right manger in this place to make this a great place to live but they have

I have been here 4 years now and now its time for us to go This place is ridiculous and management is the problem They always put notes on your door about something on your patio but u can get nothing fixed around I agree with others all they care about is money They need to get the right manger in this place to make this a great place to live but they have went through so many managers its crazy My apartment never got fixed from when I moved in four years ago Roached are bad here as we have had professionals come in to treat our apartment several times Im so over this place now Do not move in this place at all as I have had a bad experience over the time I lived here All they care about if front of the apartment complex and nothing else

Villas of Lancaster Senior ApartmentsnThe Management is very unprofessional they changed managers 6 times out of the 2 years I lived there They go up on the Rent all the time the appliances the carpet the Cabinets are very old the Foundations is dry with large cracks in the dirt the Ceilings are Cracked the grass is dead the water sprinklers hardly ever are turned on thegate box have been broken almost 2 years so the gates are never closed they only have 1 maintenance Maintenance Man when you call there Corporate Office you only talk to a Answering Machine and you leave a message and they never return your calls and the manager have a very bad attitude they tried to keep my DepositI went to the Tenant Association on them 2 times the manager was still trying to keep my Deposit but she lost and they have know concerns for the Seniors that live on that property its good to check Reviews and check out the property check Reviews and to get some one to find out more into theses places nnnnproblem
