Ive enjoyed living here since 32020 If you have assets over 5000 you can live here you just have to declare them Market rates very reasonable considering what you get I feel like Im living at a resortnThe maintenance crew keeps the pool clean despite the reviews to the contrary in fact there is a collection right now to thank him for his hard work The complaints some are posting are rumors not what they personally have experienced True my apt is taken care of I dont have to use the elevators because Im first floor right off the pool A lot of the people early on got teaser rates and now when it goes to a normal rate they are not able to afford it When they looked around they cant find anything this nice at a cheaper rate unless they go farther out into the countryside where they wont be around a grocery store much less amenities The person stealing packages was evicted thanks to Shelia who was trashed by others here Ive never had any issues with her She has always acted professionally Our staff is great Could be better of course with more staff but its not staff fault the owners are stingy and wont support them Thats why our last manager quit The many varied activities here are a testament to the great number of nice people living here We have made it better management does try to lead some activities but we do just fine without their help Id prefer they offer items like an ice sculpture for our parties etc more ... hide ...

My grandmother lived here from 2015 until November 2021 She passed away in the middle of December 2021 I went there twice a week in the beginning to walk her dog I then started going a 3rd day a week to clean her apartment for her And when I was there the tenants and the staff were always very nice I loved being there and spending time talking to people and 2022-02-01T04:08:30Z
