These Town Homes are great Spacious and clean The management is top notch friendly and willing to work with your needs Before moving in our place it needed some TLC and the Maintenance Supervisor went above and beyond to clear any discrepancy that needed to be cleared before we moved in Even after we moved in the Management and Maintenance were on top of eve

I went to visit my father last week I was taken back by the living conditions this apartment establishment finds acceptable They have no maintenance service to my understanding and no pest control The conditions that my father is living in are unacceptable I am just getting startedI dont care if this controlled living apartments People matter health matters

Management at this place disregards the concerns of their residents complaints by walking into her office and closing her door and not listening Rent is raised to the point after one year that is not affordable by residents with no explanation They are told to call the main management company because the main on sight manager does not want to deal with it T

Management at this place disregards the concerns of their residents complaints by walking into her office and closing her door and not listening Rent is raised to the point after one year that is not affordable by residents with no explanation They are told to call the main management company because the main on sight manager does not want to deal with it This is a retirement community where our parents go to live and we want them to feel safe to be with management that is caring Not with management that will take advantage of them and not listen to them To make them feel unheard and mistreat them It was founded by a loving caring minister that had a vision to care for the residents and I am sure if he knew the way it was being run by this manger he would take action or at least one would hope Residents have to come together and basically do petitions to get anything done or have their voices heard from things as small as having a water heater fixed to having an area to walk their animals to use the bathroomtheir is no designated area which by the way they are charged not only a deposit for but a monthly rent for by the size of the animal I believe if you are a manager of a place like this you should manage residents in a loving way not close your door to their questions and have an attitude of well management has decided These people are mothers fathers grandparents and deserve respect But that is one persons thoughts
