Please Read Ive been living in these apartments for the time of my lease 12 months I couldnt have been any happier than when I moved out The main manager Javier is extremely bias and only helps his friends who live in the complex When I moved in some of the tile was messed up along with the stove and cabinets in the restroom and kitchen and on the bathtub itself you could tell maintenance painted it because after a while it was peeling white and underneath the paint it was black and dirty as if no one ever cleaned it Wow lol I laugh because its both sad and disgusting I submitted a work order to be done and it took them almost 2 12 months to come to my apartment and get it done even after it was done a month or so later I needed to submit the same work order again Some neighbors are nice but other neighbors blast their music so loud cops must get involved and this happens at least 23 times a month I spoke to some of the other tenants and they tell me that Javier will fix any issues with only his friends that live here but if not you will have to wait a month or so to get a work order done There is only 2 onsite maintenance personnel and they are horrible at their job The pool is almost always closed and the FLOODING is the WORST here Its so bad that cars get on top of the grass area and even at that the managers will call their towing company to tow your vehicle because its not in a regular parking spot They need to understand that once the water goes down we as the tenants will move our vehicles back to their parking spaces To sum things up this place is atrocious Think before you move to this place dont say that I didnt warn you proceed at your own risk Finally Im glad Im out of here more ... hide ...

I have been living here for 9 years because they are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and responsible and everything is always clean and they are private apartments

I visited a friend who lives there the apartments for the elderly are very good
