This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at The office and maintenance staff are amazing human beings Angelina Erika and Lily made moving in as painless as possible and they are ALWAYS super nice attentive and responsive any time I communicate with them Lawrence and Miguel are good guys that actually care about the condition of the communities and the unitsnnThe community is quiet and peaceful and there are lots of kids playing outside during the day on my side of the complex Its a great place to live if you have children My apartment is MUCH NICER than the one I was paying hundreds more for in Plano I live on the second floor and rarely hear any neighbors upstairs or same floor The walls and floorsceilings here seem to suppress sound really wellnnLocation is phenomenal walking distance to Towne Lake the movie theater Taco Bell Whataburger CVS RaceTrac hwy 75 etcnnCant recommend this place enough move here and save some money and improve your life more ... hide ...

Im very happy to be living here I feel very fortunate to hv recd a phone call saying my number was upnTina Tracy do a wonderful job of staying on top of things Lord knows a bunch of oldies can sure be a royal pain My maintenance issues are repaired in a very timely manner and I appreciate that as wellnAll in all for the price it cant be beatnThank you

I moved in a year ago when I was needing help after the pandemic The staff was very good and very helpful When I moved in the apartment did have a few roaches but they came and sprayed right away and after a couple more times coming in to spray I didnt have any issues with bugs A couple of management changes but the new manger Christine has been a blessing S 2022-06-09T00:11:00Z

Today an appointment was made for 930 this morning The person Jennifer was 20 minutes late and blamed it on her supervisor giving her a last minute assignment She was agitated and showed it and not prepared for the meeting at all She wouldnt show the available apartment as it was not cleaned up Said this was company policy She never offered to show us the bu 2018-11-28T20:30:02Z

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE THIS IS THE NASTY APARTMENTS IN MCKINNEY TX THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES CANT EVEN COOK DINNER WITHOUT ROACHES YOU WAKE UP WITH ROACHES ON YOUR HEADBOARD CRAWLING IN YOUR BED TRIFLING NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO THE ROACHES ARE STILL GOING TO BE THEREnnSTAFF IS HORRIBLE
