I have lived here since it opened dont take all the reviews to heart The management team has had some turn over and is only ablenTo work with what they are given permission from owners to do So come in and give your own impression a try That being said every time I have had an issue its been handled in a timely manner and I have no complaints about the people running the office As with any place improvements could be made and are slowly happening as this is still considered a new complex I wouldve given this place 5 stars because I do appreciate the work of the front office as far as my dealing with them but if you plan to live here know this one important thing the walls are super super thin I can hear everything my neighbor do and say so I know in turn this means they can hear me ZERO Privacy for this one reason is why I didnt give 5 stars

Ive been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and there is also now a NAT problem first Ive ever seen and Im just looking to move Ill continue to stay month to month because these new owners are Nothing like old management never went over 24 hrs with out anything being fixed I have a sink in my kit Ive been here over 2 years almost 3 and I had no complaint actually up until the recent new owners they have not fixed anything and I seen a roach for the first time ever in my unit that before stayed exterminated of course because it was offered and there is also now a NAT problem first Ive ever seen and Im just looking to move Ill continue to stay month to month because these new owners are Nothing like old management never went over 24 hrs with out anything being fixed I have a sink in my kitchen thats been flooding my house for 23 months now Ive put in tons of request the new management is the worst yet Im over it freezer too doesnt work I had to go buy a large deep freezer they have yet to come look at my fridge these apartments are about to be done for Before you know it they would be completely bugged out this management here is horrible hide ... more ... hide ...
