I would not live in there for anything they broke into my mothers apartment the day after she passed away they robbed her apartment and left the door standing wide open Then when I came to collect her belongings I told the next door neighbor they could have certain things and as I was moving the things out that I was keeping of my mothers the neighbors grandchildren stole things of my deceased mothers when I had my back turned trying to load my mothers belongings in the car There are nothing but thieves there They stole her 55 inch TV the neighbor next to her Tammy her grandchildren took my mothers radio boxes three of them oh and I had already given them so many things of my mothers just gave them to them Liars and thieves there Be extra careful if you moved there because other people will have keys to your apartment and will break in and steal from you Personal experience

New Management has slightly improved but barely We always payed rent on time then they increased our rent by 13 which is no big deal they are apartments they can do that But when we payed it we forgot at the moment exactly how much it was so we were 3 short After more than a week of us not knowing management sends us a bill for 70 in late fees yeah it might

New Management has slightly improved but barely We always payed rent on time then they increased our rent by 13 which is no big deal they are apartments they can do that But when we payed it we forgot at the moment exactly how much it was so we were 3 short After more than a week of us not knowing management sends us a bill for 70 in late fees yeah it might be your policy but would be nice if you let your tenants know you made a small mistakenNow for the Apartments themselvesnThese are sort of newish apartments but still the nicest in Mexia Floor boards need to be chalked better bugs will get in and maintenance takes a while to fix anything Rent is supposedly determined by how much you make what they tell you Really its more like a standard price for everyone 600 1 Bedroom 700 2Bedroom They do have a small section for those who make little Theyll pressure you for a two bedroom Hard to get a one bedroom Gym is sad and playground is worse Pool is rarely open and Management appoints her Karen friends as lifeguardsnUpdate After moving out and more than 2 months later we never recieved our deposit Manager claimed that the previous manager managers do not last here theyve gone through 3 in my 2 year stay here put all the moneydeposit on the tenant ledger which meant that it was supposedly credit on the ledger Claiming that at some point and time she used the deposit as credit and applied it towards my rent which never happenednIt seems management has gotten lazy during Covid and doesnt even try to help you manager wasnt even at the main office for months during Covid they are the only person working in the office If you want try to get something done here youll need to contact managements superiors FDI Management Group but it probably wont work
