This place has hurt my family in the worst possible way During the transition of a new management company they went through two landlords Since it is income based housing you are required to present documentation of income gained or lost When I began working again after being laid off last October I brought in copies of all appropriate documents that stated my new job offer as well as pay stubs Neither landlord was able to enter in my information to calculate my new rent amount due to either a computer issue or downed internet I called several times over the course of 2 months to check and never received an answer or call back about my rent amount Then today I received a notice of eviction in which my children and I must be moved out in 3 days I have no family close or any other means to find a place for us to live as my job was seasonal and the season has ended Naturally no one is ever in the office to speak to I spent the entire business day calling this person and that person to get this resolved Youd be better off somewhere else I promise you
