So far living here has been better than I expected it would be The management team has been very polite and professional towards me and have addressed most of my requests as far as maintenance goes Seems like they are cleaning up the property and doing a good job so farnnNow thats not to say everything is to my liking as I do have a few issues The main problem being my kitchen floor Water is seeping up through the grout which hasnt fully addressed or taken seriously enough in my opinion With that said otherwise everything else has been addressed in a timely mannernnNow to the main reason I am leaving a review the maintenance man Miguel is totally awesome Very polite and even cleans up after himself I give Miguel 5 stars more ... hide ...

Roach infested please do not rent here unprofessional management Especially Jessica Dolloff we pay 875 for a two bed there going for 750 now wondering why because of the roaches and rats so everyones starting to move and the big reason is gossiping its terrible whatever u do please heed my warning do not move here

I have been living here for almost 2 years already and the complex makes me feel very safe Never had a problem with bugs The management is very good They are also very helpful in the office good customer service Considering the property is very quite
