First let me start by saying that this is the quietest complex Ive ever lived in I have an infant son whom Ive lived here with since he was 9 months old and I feel extremely safe walking around outside in the evenings Once I put him down to bed theres never been an issue of noise to wake him up During my stay my relationship status changed and my girlfriend 2021-06-15T02:44:05Z
First let me start by saying that this is the quietest complex Ive ever lived in I have an infant son whom Ive lived here with since he was 9 months old and I feel extremely safe walking around outside in the evenings Once I put him down to bed theres never been an issue of noise to wake him up During my stay my relationship status changed and my girlfriend moved in management couldnt have been more understanding They welcomed her the same way I was welcomed and couldnt have been friendlier or more understanding during the process Speaking of management Bridgett and Amy have been nothing but kind to me and now that weve decided to move closer to our jobs both women have helped my girlfriends son become a resident here Ive never had to deal with maintenance because nothing in my unit has ever gone wrong but seeing them in passing they seem friendlynNone of the other reviews mention how clean the grounds are but after having lived in apartments in Houston for the past 16 years I dont think Ive ever lived in a cleaner environment I literally never see trash anywhere and the dumpster area is always well maintainednLike Ive mentioned already my girlfriend and I have recommended her son to live her and I would recommend anyone friend or family to do the same more ... hide ...

I wouldnt even give it one star the owner is way too uptight he has a problem with EVERYTHING I have a 1 year old son thats in the touching stage and main thing he is into is the blinds he tells me I need to control my kids because he is old enough to know better I didnt know 1 year olds were supposed to have perfect understanding they come and fix things wh 2017-04-05T17:40:52Z

Awful place They dont care about anything Got mold in my apartment told them They didnt care My child got sick from it mold still isnt fixed Its been 6 months Tia nd Ashley lie alot and will evict you for wanting better for your family I do not recommend
