I am a former tenant of these apartments I lived there for 2 years and had problems with the living conditions the whole time I lived there When it rained the sidewalk leading up to my apartment would get so flooded that my kids and I had to literally walk through ankle deep water The air conditioner constantly ran and ran without cooling my unit I finally figured out on my own that the outside unit had a short in it so every time it would short out I would have to go outside and shake the unit for it to work properly I called management repeatedly and she was rarely there so I would leave messages and never get a response When she did send a maintenance man over to look at my AC unit it would be working at the time so they told me it was fine and nothing could be done Also there were roaches so bad that I could not leave food out at all and I am an extremely clean almost OCD person They never sent anyone to spray for bugs in a scheduled manner Maintenance would show up to my apartment and come into my unit without a 24 hour notice much less any notice at all The last thing that happened is where I finally had enough One day I was cleaning out my girls closet and noticed the carpet just in the closet area was soaking wet and there was mold all on the carpet and wall I looked everywhere for things that may have spilled I couldnt find anything that it could have caused it on my behalf Maintenance came with a moisture fan to suck out moisture but did not change carpet so there was a moldy musty smell all through out the room that would not go away Maintenance opened up the wall to check for any leaking pipes there were none I finally figured out that every time it rained the closet floor would be soaking wet with water The roof was checked gutters were checked and everything was ok They finally came to the conclusion that it must have been a crack in the foundation that caused the water to leak up into the carpet and informed me that there was nothing that could be done So every time it rained my kids would have wet carpet and mold in their room I have pictures to show proof of all of these things I could not deal with all of these problems any longer it was unacceptable so I moved out 2 months early which my landlord agreed to I even gave a 30 day notice to move out in writing and was never told of any charges I would have to pay I bought a house moved out of my apartment and 6 months went by I checked my credit one day and noticed the 665 collection amount I called the landlord and she told me it was a relenting fee for moving out early I never received any notices in the mail for anything concerning the 665 No phone calls nothing and I did leave my forwarding address on the 30 day move out notice I have always been on time paying my bills and I take my credit very seriously and I have to say that this showing up on my credit is extremely unfair not only because of the living conditions of the apartment but because I never received notice of the charge Management is horrible does not take care of issues does not return calls and is rarely in the office I would advise you to live anywhere else but here

I wouldnt advise living here Nothing gets done and the place is infested with roaches and black mold Balconies are ready to fall off Needs to be condemned Unfortunately it is the only place I can afford here My wife and I are both on ssi disability Go to another town if you want a nice apartment

Repairs are not done according to the rules Maintenance man cannot keep the up keeps of housing When the outline says 510 Rent goes up and you arent shown why your rent is going up They give you the paper to sign without explaining why changes are being made My rent went up less than six months and its going up again for the 2021 year I am legally disable

Very nice place to live The community that lives there is full of nice hardworking people I lived there for a while and I even got used to not locking my door The biggest issue is the manager I dont know her name but shes husky and Latina is very rude Shes always scolding and angry and treats the people living there very poorly as if theyre beneath her Iv se
