I honestly believe reviews can be very subjective and many are based on shorttime experiences or single moment issues I have worked with Victoria from Evergreen for a few years now even before my parents got an apartment there to get them into a nice tidy independent and welcoming place for 55 folks She has been nothing but helpful informative professional

I honestly believe reviews can be very subjective and many are based on shorttime experiences or single moment issues I have worked with Victoria from Evergreen for a few years now even before my parents got an apartment there to get them into a nice tidy independent and welcoming place for 55 folks She has been nothing but helpful informative professional friendly and overall a pleasure to work with She is straightforward yet inviting Evergreen is clean welcoming safe and a great place for people like my parents as they have various activities programs and ways for the population here to gather and be active in their lifestyle Their clubhouse is immaculate and the pool is pristine The common grounds are well kept and other tenants are friendly and courteous I recommend talking to Victoria and her staff before making assumptions from negative reviews Take it from this very positive review you will be surprised about this gem among diamonds
