Horrible place to live they want to try to keep up with the rental prices in the area but offer nothing the other apartments around have not even washer and dryer hookups inside the apartment and the laundry facility on property always only 2 working washers I lived there for 2 years first year was great but as soon as I renewed my lease they switched manage

Horrible place to live they want to try to keep up with the rental prices in the area but offer nothing the other apartments around have not even washer and dryer hookups inside the apartment and the laundry facility on property always only 2 working washers I lived there for 2 years first year was great but as soon as I renewed my lease they switched management companies and I had issues from the jump in my second apartment there but nothing was ever done because of the MULTIPLE management changes then they had a third management company take over which were even worse very rude and unprofessional I would definitely pay the extra 100 to 150 more a month that the other apartments in the area are charging and not live here

I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for 2 years now Everyone else has something in front but not mine and I pay full rent every month Also the recent

I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for 2 years now Everyone else has something in front but not mine and I pay full rent every month Also the recent increase in rent is helping Mariposa but 16000 more as month seems extreme I know the cost of living is on the rise everything has increased in price except my monthly check But no worries if the rent keeps rising like this I will soon be able to apply for discounted rent I think the new management is doing a good job I hear less complaints from some of the residents I think there are to many texts that you send get canceled or rescheduled to another date and I know that happens but lately a lot The increase in maintenance had helped a lot and more is getting done and it is looking better Overall a goodjob
