I dont reside at these units I have an aunt who did My aunt has made several complaints of her unit smelling like gas Cynthia Alverez who is the Apartment Manager is never in the office its always closed She refuses to talk to certain tenates Very rude and disrespectful person When we call office it goes to voice mail or no one ever picks up When she is available she says to come back in 1 hour the office is closed This lady seriously needs to be drug tested and needs to be investigated Especially her maitinece people They are always changing They dont identify who they are they enter as they please When you asked for an itemized letter she says they dont do that Which is a lie because that our rights to know what we are being charged for Rent amount changes month to month Units are dirty Outside of property is nasty trash builds up and up Broken down cars no tags I can go on and go on I understand it a low income housing I understand it in the westside of town Let me not get started on the actual owner of the property He from cc Texas He is a very bias From his own mouth stated the mananger is stupid and need to be ruff with tenants because the type of people they are Then she fails to correct court documents even though she swears under oath Glad that judge called her out on it more ... hide ...
