We moved here in August of 2020 so weve almost been here a year Application was hassle free and we got our keys quick Maintenance is always there when you call and thats probably my favorite part about living here Im big on reading reviews and maintenance is so heavily critiqued for most apartment complexes They are older apartments so appliances are pretty old cabinets and drawers are peeling they also painted the counter tops not sure if they were trying to achieve that marble look so its different Exterior paint is chipping and exterior is also super filthy not sure when theyve last power washed or if they do it at a certain time per year Residents just received a letter about maintaining a clean space and I appreciate that People can be pretty careless about cleanliness Its a good size apartment with much storage space and our building is fairly quiet For being our first apartment weve enjoyed it Also thank you to the community manager JC Contreras Hes doing a great job more ... hide ...

When I first moved in last year when it was under previous management and called Cevallos Lofts I received excellent communication and service from office staff the majority of the timenHowever after it was bought and renamed Trove Southtown office staff have often been rude and unprofessional I have called and left callback messages at least 5 times this week alone at various points throughout the days with no response I have emailed the office and received no response They even said they lost my email for my 60 day move out notice when I was finally able to talk to someone I have tried several times recently to visit the office in person after I got off from work at 5 pm to find the office already locked and empty even though they are only supposed to close at 6 pm on weekdaysnI loved my apartment here the surrounding area and community However the office staff has soured my perception of this place more ... hide ...
