SCAM If I could give them negative stars I would Jumped thru every hoop required to lease an apartment here They require more information than I have ever had to provide in my life There was never anyone onsite or available by phone to get the info to Spent 2 months trying Finally the week before I need to be out of my current apartment someone is there and gets my approval to lease I was told rent is 497 for a 1 bedroom Only to be called the next day and told that now the 1 bedroom is almost 700 a month to rent These people are complete scammers NEVER RENT FROM HERE

Outwardly this apartment complex seems nice although the application process is by far the most demanding on the applicant of any apartment complex Ive ever lived in Unbeknownst to us the complex gives you three days to have your current complex information sent to them as well as letters from your employers which is unreasonable given that you have to depen

Outwardly this apartment complex seems nice although the application process is by far the most demanding on the applicant of any apartment complex Ive ever lived in Unbeknownst to us the complex gives you three days to have your current complex information sent to them as well as letters from your employers which is unreasonable given that you have to depend on others to send information to them It honestly feels like a scam given that my husband and I both have full time jobs and cant just leave our desks to turn in some leasing paperwork especially given that we never knew it needed to be turned in in three days and oh did I mention that we have been trying to contact them by phone number for days and with no reply The resolvability of an issue is not helped with bad communication on their part Its honestly fishy Ive never had a complex seem so high maintenance from the get go and honestly I regret applying Save yourself the 200 application fee and apply somewhere more reasonable
