They definately need to shut these down eventually most of the units are beyond old theyre molded and infested Theres no point of advertising having maintenance on site if hes never there its only 1 freaking person and hes very rude he talks about the residents to other residents If something breaks like your refrigerator which is an essential item needed to be up and running it takes him like 3 or more days to get around to it and if he cant fix it hell just leave and never come back These apts are sad and throughout the term of your lease they will just raise your rent whenever they feel like it just to make more money i guess to just put in their pockets because they surely dont invest anything into fixing up their units I Advise no one to move here unless youre desperate more ... hide ...
