I have lived at Windsor Gardens for one year and seven months The first year and two months were a wonderful experience I loved it If you had a problem all you had to do was call the office and it was taken care of quickly by polite friendly office workers Then they hired a new property manager got rid of the polite staff and my time there since has been horrible You can not talk to the woman the woman is rude and nasty she talks down to you like you are peasant on the street She yelled at my child and called her a liar and when I confronted her about it she slapped me with a lease violation because she didnt like the way I spoke to her I complained to the corporate office many of times about different things she has been doing to me and they did nothing about it I have sent many letters emails and phone calls Since I have made the initial first complaint the harassment has gotten much worse spreading onto my family members that live in the same complex She told my father who is a rent paying tenet to sit down wait your turn and shut up My personal business been shared with other tenets my apartment has been inspected twice in the last three months I have had someone from the management office walking through my home almost monthly I now have no privacy and in the lease agreement I signed they can come in your home whenever they want The corporate office provided me with that information when I complained about getting another inspection when I just had onenI loved it here for the first year with no problems not one complaint but since they hired a new property manager the service here has gone down and its apparent that the corporate office does not care They look at all of my complaints and think that I am a chronic complainer or something I am a hard working person that has to find time in my day to deal with all of these issues She tries to intimidate people into not saying anything but I will not let that happen more ... hide ...

Been living here for 5 years and things were good until the new management team Ex Hurricane Harvey took a couple months to fix and they are still fixing apartments but my apartment got messed up pretty bad we cant even sleep in our bedrooms Sleeping in the living room and dining area instead of fixing our apartment they are fixing other apartments and le 2018-07-08T15:12:39Z
