Horrible management They treat the senior residents with absolutely zero appreciation or respect They fix nothing They never answer the phone and wont put anything they tell you in writing they utilize intimidation by threat of eviction as tactics to ensure they get away with their absolutely horrible treatment of residents and complete lack of concern for residents health They constantly post things regarding no smoking within 25 feet of building but fix NOTHING and there was so many unhealthy conditions mold drywall dust so thick I could not breath walking into the hall to visit my mother who was having respiratory issues bc of it I called office and I was told that they couldnt move her to another apartment bc theyre not doing her floor yet It was LITERALLY on ALL sides and abovebelow her apartment When I spoke with Yvonne Yvetteor Something close to that I said My mother cannot breathe bc of all the construction dust The lady said Well what do you expect THEYRE DOING construction nI was appalled that she even THOUGHT this was any kind of appropriate response much less SAID it to a concerned family member Mortified in fact This is what you your loved one is in for if you live there Not a single resident I have talked to like the management team or how they treat them Its highly disturbing Glad I moved Mom out of that pit

I would first like to start off by saying that the community is very inclusive I could always tell what was going on in everybodys lives and homes Some might say this is borderline invasive but I think it really added to the community feeling The entire neighborhood is really inviting For example Scary Gary the neighborhood convict by the way those allegations were completely bogus would talk to every kid in the neighborhood especially when they were unaccompanied by adults which just goes to show that he was a real friendly guy He even gave us candy one night and invited us in his apartment I personally dont think that he was guilty but apparently the judge disagreed I also had a few spiritual encounters while there One day as me and my cousin were riding around the neighborhood on our bikes we saw what appeared to be Jesus walking around in the nude That sighting genuinely changed me as a person The neighborhood is also very close to an elementary school which is good because all of the residents including Gary who didnt have kids but thats not important had easy and quick access to the school I would just like to say again that I think he was wrongly convicted The walk to school was always my favorite part of the day because it was during the morning rush when the street between the apartment complex and the school was really busy so me and the neighborhood kids would play Frogger and try not to get hit RIP Thomas The complex was also just a street away from a strip of stores that included The Candy House and Super K and also that one place behind all the stores that wouldnt tell us what they sold Another positive aspect was the noises Many residents leave their doors open and blast really loud music so its like a community dance party all the time The sound of the police sirens at night really made you feel safe and the strange screaming noises after midnight really helped me fall asleep Theres also many opportunities to meet new people as residents are constantly moving out of the apartments due to the criminal activity All in all I would give this place a 85382 out of 9 because of the family friendly atmosphere and the good times I had there before I was arrested

PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUSTION WHEN DECIDING TO MOVE HERE THIS MANAGEMENT THEY HAVE NOW IS HORRIBLE IM HAVING MORE ISSUES THAN I SHOULD WITH THIS PLACE MAINTENANCE ISNT BEING KEPT UP ITS SAD I USE TO LOVE IT HERE THEY GOING UP ON RENT AGAIN AND THESE APARTMENTS ARENT WORTH THAT IM MOST DEFINITELY LOOKING AT NEW APARTMENTS I CANT WITH TIMBER RUN ANYMORE

The manager Candace is amazing She was great during the storm and personally went around filling up peoples toilets when the water went out I have never seen anyone work so hard or care so much for their residents
