The management staff is horrible rude very unfriendly and dishonestThere are several tenants that complained the April the apartment manager came into their apartment unannounced Also another tenant that complained April the apartment manager sent one of the maintenance men into a tenants apartment unannounced the tenant was hurting to bad to open the door and maintenance unlocked the door and came inside the tenants apartment The tenant wasnt dressed properly and he still proceeded inside to look around Afterwards he told the tenant April told him to come inside the apartment to see if the apartment had any damage done to it Also to come in if the tenant answered the door or not This particular maintenance guy no longer works for the company anymorennI would not recommend this apartment complexThere are a number of issues with management treating the tenants wrong and the corporate management does nothing about it In fact April has told serval tenants that she didnt care if they called corporate because they arent going to do anything to her are about the situationnnThis has been an ongoing problem in the community for years and it has gotten worse Management at The Colony location is heartless and very nasty to the residents there This make the morale of the community very lownnIf your love one is looking for a great senior community do not choose this one as long as April and Lesha are the managers operating the apartments Again tenants have expressed their discus with corporate but to no avail more ... hide ...
