I wouldnt recommend that nobody stay here I have 3 small children 1 who has special needs and he cant be in the heat or hell have seizures well my AC been broke for god knows how long Ive had to take my kids out our joke to get a hotel because it was to hot to stay in there I was told to open my window since it was finna get cold outside also my son Medical 2021-11-14T03:40:01Z

Thanks to all those how spent their time posting up the review I definitely not moving in tho this place Havent been here yet and still searching for apartments Ive dealt with poor management before and not willing to reencounter that againnThey reply very kindly via reviews but management at the location is a different story

Inside of apartments are ok But let me start off with parking no one can stay more than 24 hours without getting a pass invasion of privacy in my opinion and you can only use it once a month basically 2nd they will come through your apartment at any given time and whenever to do inspections I dont really care but some are very upset with this And lastly the 2021-09-07T15:21:07Z

Whoever said this place is quiet and safe was paid or prompted to leave a good review I dont know if many good things about this placenA shooting happened in the parking lot two weeks agonA little boy was hanging out side his window on the loft side of the apartments a month agonHomeless people live in the stairwells and behind the dumpsternA young man20ish screams at people in the parking from his window stares at tweenteen girls in the parking lot like a predatornI havent ever had an issue with maintenance I know by state regulation our air filters for our AC are suppose to be changed once a month and living here for 2 years they have nnbeen changed twice The new maintenance guy seems amazing and I really hope they keep him around hes done an amazing job so farnOh the treadmills dont work and havent in two yearsnOne stairwell by the mail boxes people smoke in no ventilation so if you have any respiratory issues it makes life really hard We have a three bedroom and one room we cant even live in because theres mold in the walls we had a doctor tell us not to let our kids sleep in that room So we pay for a three bedroom but can only use two rooms As I post this I worry about any repercussions that may occur And pray they dont attempt to evict us over us speaking out We havent ever posted a review and this is the first time because we feel very lost as to what to do This week we cant reach the office at all weve lost 3 packages due to that and can not reach anyone in management to figure out whats going on These apartments are not quiet one the train is next to it and two every week from Thursday night to Sunday morning there are always people getting drunk and high in the parking lot screaming crying fighting their music is so loud it makes our windows shake more ... hide ...
