Very peaceful and family friendly Neighbors look out for one another They were recently remodeled and did a great job Compared to what the houses looked like before It shows they really took their time and fixed these places up real nice I highly recommend La Dominion if youre looking for a place to rent They also go by income

I have lived here several years and it no longer feels like home The staff are constantly sending out notices to the entire complex about proper renter etiquette When my family and I go outside swimming they are constantly going and checking our swim clothing to make sure it isnt street wear I feel like we are being watched like hawks and it is an unsettling 2019-06-25T21:56:04Z
I have lived here several years and it no longer feels like home The staff are constantly sending out notices to the entire complex about proper renter etiquette When my family and I go outside swimming they are constantly going and checking our swim clothing to make sure it isnt street wear I feel like we are being watched like hawks and it is an unsettling feeling Children can no longer play with balls outside because of the management saying too many complaints from older residents The apartment children can no longer play with sidewalk chalk even if they clean it up because they say it is defacing the property and will call the police My ac has gone out and they took over 2 weeks to repair it They said it was not an emergency and I would be charged if they had to come out before it was my scheduled time according to other work orders I was told they no longer provide window units The maintenance guy seems nice though He can only do so much per their orders I remember when Brandy was here she even offered my family the model room until my ac was working The new management is terrible and I feel like they do not welcome families only elders I can not wait for my lease to expire I am an ideal renter and cant wait to get out of here They no longer do community activities for the children like they did when Brandy was here The pool is always green and the dog poop is disgusting TO top it off people are always smoking out in the front of the complex and it looks disgusting and scary I no longer feel safe walking the sidewalk due to the people that hangout and smoking in the front They are okay with this as long as they smoke outside of the gate because that is public property more ... hide ...

too close to the tracks train noise wakes up my 7 dogs and 13 cats my younger albino horsehead purebred snail nearly got hit by a train once totally unacceptable

Took forever to get anything fixed Even when you requested by filling out correct form They still never come For what we paid on a 3 bedroom It wasnt worth it Carpet that was in living area when moved in wasnt new It looked just shampooed Because within a month you could start seeing stains pop up Our AC never fully worked During the summer time it was extre 2021-07-25T08:48:04Z

Love the office people Lynn is great Definitely need some work in the maintenance area have had a couple things not working or broken since we have moved in and nobody has came and fixed it almost been a year But other than that great place to live
