DO NOT RENT FROM HERE We applied for a one bedroom back in May 2021 were told we had to be on the waitlist but an apartment should be opened in July July came around was told nothing would be available for another 3 months 3 months go by were told nothing was available and wasnt sure when something would be open Finally got a call at the beginning of Februar 2022-02-24T22:36:49Z
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE We applied for a one bedroom back in May 2021 were told we had to be on the waitlist but an apartment should be opened in July July came around was told nothing would be available for another 3 months 3 months go by were told nothing was available and wasnt sure when something would be open Finally got a call at the beginning of February that a one bedroom was available and was assured that the current residents had gone to court and were moving out in March and we should have no problems Paid the application fee the same day to get the process started and had all the paperwork filled out by the next day Was called saying we were approved that I just needed to update one thing and pay the 200 security deposit and was given a move in date of March 11th Received a call today that I was given the wrong information and that the current residents were actually not moving out because she had them mixed up with someone else and they renewed their lease I was told I could get a 2 bedroom but the rent would be more or I could wait 3035 days for my security deposit to be refunded Really unprofessional and had our hopes up for nothing Already started packing to be ready to move on the date we were given only to have to unpack everything because we were in fact not getting the apartment we had already paid money to have saved for us Do not rent here manager is never in the office or answers the phone and is so unorganized she cant even give you the proper information for the apartment you are renting more ... hide ...

Nothing gets repaired if it does your waiting for months on end for it to be replaced Its supposed to be income based Its Not If you make 600 Month your rent is 750 the application is Discriminatory whereas if your disabled and On SSI your supposed to have first last month and a deposit totaling 2000 and if your on a fixed income you cant qualify 3 Managers 2020-05-02T05:21:18Z
