The 4 star rating is a lie Do not rent here even if youre desperate this place has so many problems all the appliances are old and dont work the ac units are super old they dont keep the house cold they just raze your electricity bill over 200 every month Thats not including all the bug problems spiders everywhere and roaches all over the inside of the apart

The 4 star rating is a lie Do not rent here even if youre desperate this place has so many problems all the appliances are old and dont work the ac units are super old they dont keep the house cold they just raze your electricity bill over 200 every month Thats not including all the bug problems spiders everywhere and roaches all over the inside of the apartment the office sent 1 guy once a month to fumigate things just got worse every time he came It just isnt worth it lived there for 4 years because I had to I definitely recommend to keep looking around do not settle because its cheap the police are constantly patrolling this place because there have been so many car jackings one neighbor had everything stolen this past month it has been horrible just not safe any more especially if you have kids And to add on top of all that the office lady will charge you so many fees its ridiculous for anything she likes herasing people about everything but yet there apartments are so bad and not kept up dont even know how they pass inspection every year And they will never give you a corporate number to complain about the situation they claim they dont have one Just a heads up not trying to be rude but I do want to make people aware of the issues

I have been at this apartment for 2 years and just gave the landlord back my keys this evening To start things off this place is very unprofessional Upon receiving my keys back in 2016 the landlord at the time it changed management about a year ago handed me my keys without doing a walk through and failed to have me sign my lease for over two months of already living there I did not see the apartment until THE DAY I MOVED IN Through out the two years we have various issues that seemed it took months to solve a leaky toilet that even leaked into the apartment downstairs from us this took weeks and weeks to get someone down We experienced mold in out hallway closet and when someone was finally available to come down and repair it they simply PAINTED OVER the mold The wood on our bedroom door frame was rotten resulting in the door falling off the hinged and breaking and during the next inspection the landlord stated that since the rotten wood was on their end that we would not be charged Upon the walk through I had this evening to hand the keys over to the landlord she was EXTREMELY unprofessional and was blaming me for not doing a walk through of the apartment in 2016 and was charging me for the things that were already wrong with the apartment She is going to charge me for the door that was NEVER fixed and complained that I was not being polite enough due to her having extend out end date and refused to let me get a word in anywhere Once I had had enough of her professionalism and rudeness I snapped back and she kicked me out of the walk through and CALLED THE COPS on me This place has been the worst experience I have ever been through I moved here when I had no where to turn because the prices were so low but if I had known the trouble they were going to put me through I would have lived in my car The apartments are old and so worn down the walls are patched and scraped of paint from the previous owners and the plastic yellow tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are so worn they have gaps in between them Not to mention the roach problem and the ridiculous parking policy they have Do yourself a favor and get as far away from this place as you can

Horrible service The manager is NEVER is the office No one picks up the phone I hate when I get a packages delivered and they give it to the front office why I dont know but every time I go to the office I cant get it because no one is there When we try to fix something in the apartment they always have an excuse to say and rarely come and fix it Please thin
