Beware of this place My mom has been on a waiting list for months She finally got the call that an apartment had come available I call Judy and she tells me its first come first serve So I leave in the middle of a busy work day to get a cashiers check for Deposit and Application fee Then I was told I would have to wait 3 days for an application I received 2022-10-31T18:57:05Z
Beware of this place My mom has been on a waiting list for months She finally got the call that an apartment had come available I call Judy and she tells me its first come first serve So I leave in the middle of a busy work day to get a cashiers check for Deposit and Application fee Then I was told I would have to wait 3 days for an application I received the application on a Friday and was told that it had to be done by Monday In the mean time we drove by the apartment and the family was moving out their family member that had passed They offered for us to take a peak if we wanted to To get an idea of the one bedroom apartment since they dont have one to look at The poor man had lived in such poor conditions He was a smoker and from what it sounded like from the family that no one came to visit him on a regular basis His apartment was dirty beyond belief and to be honest it looked like a crime scene The carpet in the bathroom was black with mold and not sure what else The walls were incased in cigarette smoke all vents and ceiling fans had 5 inches of black dust and cigarette smoke on them I cant believe in the nine years that man lived there and no one did a well check on him or on the apartmentnnThe staff was so unkindmad to me after they found out I had seen the apartment before they could get it cleaned that they rejected my moms applicationnnOf course I want the best for my mom Im moving her out of a lovely apartment complex so that she would be closer to usnnIt was truly a honestharmless act in looking in that apartment I had no idea what I was walking into naturallynnJust wish they could of seen it from my point of view more ... hide ...

I am so grateful for WHA Its amazing that this is a federal program there to help peoplenI have heard others complain about it but I dont understand why Yes they have to know your business keep up to date with everything about your income inspect your apartment once a year and have rules What is the problem They paying for part of your home Give them anythin 2019-03-04T23:38:32Z

Parkview Terrace Apartments are really nice for senior citizens on a limited income The buildings were built back in the 70s and are beginning to have a few maintenance problems but there is a very good pair of maintenance men who do a good job of doing their best at keeping things in good repair

Weve lived here for the last 45 years and for the last two years or so this place has quickly gone from a great community to a place where you now want to run from and not look back Last year the complexs property totaled my truck Even with proof of their negligence a police report and their failure to fix the property said I was out of luck and had to take 2022-06-14T03:48:14Z
Weve lived here for the last 45 years and for the last two years or so this place has quickly gone from a great community to a place where you now want to run from and not look back Last year the complexs property totaled my truck Even with proof of their negligence a police report and their failure to fix the property said I was out of luck and had to take care of it myselfjust under 20k in damages Maintenance has also become a joke Weve had leaks in both restrooms all 3 sinks that took them about a year to get too The fridge is still leaking With the most recent situation the water keeps getting turned off before management sends out a notice to inform residents of whats going on so we can plan accordingly and take our showers Our son was half way through his shower and with shampoo in his hair the water just stopped and management wouldnt answer the phone We had to use water bottles which we were glad we had on hand to at least rinse his hair If youre looking for somewhere to live dont look here youre better off paying a little more somewhere else where they value their residents more ... hide ...
