DO NOT let your son or daughter come here Micah did my daughters intake and he said that as long as the insurance paid they wouldnt worry too much about getting the rest of the payment if our daughter couldnt pay it because they were more concerned about her welfare than getting paid Uh huh It was a FLAT OUT LIE Now Micah is singing a different tune saying he would never say something like that He basically called my husband a liar For months theyve been sending us invoice after invoice when we arent even the ones who signed the paperwork as the financially responsible party Our daughter doesnt even live with us We told her not to go there but she thought they sounded amazing so as an adult she admitted herself Well they sent her home after 2 days saying she didnt qualify and they didnt help her AT ALL THEN after getting paid 3600 by our insurance for two days room and board one practitioners visit and one group session they wont discount or write off any of the remaining 900 Well our daughter cant pay it She can barely afford her own upkeep So Micah said we could pay 5 each month to keep our daughter from going to collections and thats what were doing not because the business deserves it but because our daughter will be penalized otherwise They care NOTHING for her Well be paying them for another 15 years but theyre not willing to budge They dont care about their residentspatients THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY Its completely what I expected but my daughter and husband thought Micah genuinely cared In reality hes doing a job to get paid Thats it And the fact that this place DOESNT offer ANY financial assistance to young adults in need makes them a detriment to society STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE Theyre crooks and liars more ... hide ...

When we found ourselves in need of putting our mother in a facility after a difficult hospital and subsequent skilled nursing facility stay we thought we had hit the jackpot with Country Lane We were given all kinds of promises by Liz that our mother would be very well taken care of For starters we were told they would absolutely transport her to dialysis 3x weekly and other appointments as needed by some imaginary transport company Liz lied about We were more than frustrated to be told multiple times that they didnt know how she was getting to dialysis the next day We were told that they would engage in activities such as bingo crafts and cooking classes which our mother LOVES to do They made a couple simple crafts but apart from that they did nothing There was not one cooking day which was one of the reasons we chose this place Meds were always messed up Food was terrible we brought in snacks and food for her so she wouldnt starve Her diabetes diet was completely ignored The biggest offense was the fact that the staff threw away our mothers partial denture and then completely denied itnLiz didnt even so much as offer an apologynnNow it wasnt all bad there were a few staff members that we appreciated Brenda Rhonda and Oakley were three that seemed to care get things done and were always very attentivennLiz has very few interpersonal skills and will tell you what you want to hear to get your business We were also convinced to go with their home health care company that turned out to be an absolute joke We were more than happy when our house was finally built and we could bring our sweet mama home Do NOT send your loved ones here Its worth it to pay more for a nicer facility that will actually do what they say theyll do more ... hide ...
