Incredibly unhappy with the management It began when I moved in with my husband and we needed to get me a key We asked for another copy many times and finally they asked us to give them our one and only key since they somehow didnt have one to make a copy themselves Someone else must have had one for when they entered our apartment for repairs so that made no sense We werent interested in giving our one and only key for an unknown amount of time so in the end we werent able to get a key from the complexnOn many occasions we were told if they ever bothered to respond vague misleading information One employee in particular was consistently difficult to obtain accurate information and with all the frustration she stirs up its concerning they have maintained her as a representative for their office After breaking our lease early because life happened we opted for the buyout option which they finally let us pay 3 months after we had left Upon delivery of payment I asked the previously mentioned employee specifically if we should expect anymore payments to be asked of us she said no Then a week later we were hit with yet another bill expected to be paid When we emailed them about it multiple times their only response was two days before it was due letting us know our payment method options They berated me over the phone for my unique and confusing situation of breaking our lease early and would follow up demanding payment was due when we were never initially given due dates This is a terrible display of customer service and communicationnnThe atmosphere is what youd expect for the location dim a strong urine odor that burns your nose from the turf at the front doors and they love to do full demo reconstruction at 8 pm on their apartments as well as many other annoying experiencesnnOverall it was a frustrating experience to live there but mostly to work with the management more ... hide ...

They left me and my five kids homeless with a Section 8 voucher I was on Section 8 for 15 years and transfered to this office from Colorado and my worker who is the lead technician totally made us homeless longer than we had to beI have a husband and son with a severe disabilityI lost 400 because of the lack of help and her failure to respond to properties i 2022-12-01T05:03:51Z
They left me and my five kids homeless with a Section 8 voucher I was on Section 8 for 15 years and transfered to this office from Colorado and my worker who is the lead technician totally made us homeless longer than we had to beI have a husband and son with a severe disabilityI lost 400 because of the lack of help and her failure to respond to properties in a timely fashion a townhome accepted me and my worker told them I probably make to much for the program but didnt tell me that Not sure how anyone with such little income and 5 kids would make too much Then the worker would not respond to my emails or the emails of the property management My worker only replied to say that I would lose my voucher because I took to long to find something when she was the one who wouldnt respond If you can use a different county its better than being homeless in the winter especially with children They could of at least sent my voucher back to Colorado We were homeless almost 5 months with kids and little to no help Dont trust them and go to their supervisor or to the newsThese people should loose thier jobs Good luck and God Bless all especially the homeless and low income families that get no help from selfish people that sleep good at night in their comfy beds while you struggle when they have the power and resources to help you They honestly dont deserve a position like this if they dont do everything in their power to help I hope my lost voucher goes to a good familyGod will get you through keep praying and dont lose hope more ... hide ...

I live here the houses are great The people who mow and everything are great but when it comes to actually communicating with HOA its garbage We pay 250 for hoa a month The only thing thats actually cool about it is the pool which is open only 3 months a year the club house but 80 of the time when you reserve the club house for events they dont unlock it i 2019-11-06T03:18:04Z
I live here the houses are great The people who mow and everything are great but when it comes to actually communicating with HOA its garbage We pay 250 for hoa a month The only thing thats actually cool about it is the pool which is open only 3 months a year the club house but 80 of the time when you reserve the club house for events they dont unlock it in time or they dont communicate with you about it Ill send emails with questions and not get a response for DAYS My son had a 5 birthday party that we booked the club house for for 35 extra bucks on top of the 250 and we couldnt get in THEN when we asked for a refund they only gave us 25 backnnBottom line everything is great except for the communication with HOA They dont care at all more ... hide ...
